All claims must be made within 3 days from the day item is received returns must be pre-approved we will not accept items without pre-approval No exceptions. Item must be returned in the same condition no longer than 14 days from the date received. We must receive the items being returned the day received. We will refund your payment in full as soon as we receive the item back. An exchange for a different item will also be honored. Customized, Personalized and Special orders can not be returned or exchanged No Exceptions. If we feel that the return policy is being abused, we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment unless another method is requested.
International Customers: We do not reimburse for any duties, customs, shipping, port charges or taxes or any additional charges that you might have paid to your authorities. We only refund the cost of the item purchased.
Steps to return your purchase:
Inform us within 3 days of item(s) delivery before you ship the item back to us. We will provide the return address.
Please print out your name, address, phone number and order/item number, and enclose it with your returned product.
For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry is lost in transit. We are not responsible for the lost return packages.
Once we have received the return item(s), we will inspect the condition for any damage.
Upon passing the condition inspection, we will process your refund.
If you don't like the product, return the product within 14 days for a full refund.
